With prior experience in on-premise networking and physical and virtual machine provisioning, I am currently leading a Site Reliability team which is in charge of incident management and remediation of issues.

I am a Senior Site Reliability Engineer with over 3 years of experience of leading geographically distributed engineering teams for enterprise clients. I currently specialise in fully automating observability patterns (For applications and Cloud Infrastructure) and incident management techniques.

Over the past two years, I have been responsible for transforming a developer-operations based enterprise into a Site Reliability Engineering team which involved not only doing an overhaul of automation across all the systems and practices, but also culturally transforming mindsets and ways of working amongst an engineering team of 300 people.

I have on a regular basis lead knowledge/skill sharing sessions to help/coach team members into a more logical and structured way of designing and building solutions.

I am a car enthusiast and a self taught mechanic currently in the process of rebuilding a 1977 VW T2 Camper.
